This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the game "Circular Control" ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Data (via Google Sign-In)

• Google user ID (sub)
• Email address

1.2 User-Provided Data

• Nickname (entered manually by the user)

1.3 Gameplay Data

• Progress, scores, levels
• In-game actions and events

1.4 Technical Data

• Device type
• Operating system
• IP address (approximate location)
• Browser type (for web version)

2. How We Use Data

We use data to:

• Provide access to the Service
• Save user progress
• Operate backend services (PocketBase)
• Improve gameplay and balance
• Prevent abuse and cheating

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data based on:

• Contract — to provide the Service
• Legitimate interest — analytics, fraud prevention, product improvement

4. Data Storage

Data is stored on our servers (PocketBase backend) and in local storage on the user's device.

5. Data Retention

We store data until the user deletes their account, or as long as necessary to operate the Service. After deletion, data is permanently removed or anonymized within 30 days.

6. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account via in-game functionality. After deletion, all data and progress are permanently removed. Restoration is not possible.

7. Sharing of Data

We may share data with:

• Google LLC (authentication via Google Sign-In)
• Google LLC (advertising via AdMob — shows rewarded video ads, may collect device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address)
• Google LLC (analytics via Firebase Analytics — collects app usage events, device info, session data)

We do not sell personal data.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Cookies and Tracking

For the web version, we may use cookies, local storage, and device identifiers.

10. Advertising

The Android version of the Service displays optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. Viewing ads is voluntary and rewarded with in-game bonuses.

AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID)
• Device information
• IP address
• App usage data

For EU users, consent is requested before any advertising data is collected (via Google UMP Consent SDK).

11. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure.

12. User Rights

Depending on jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR), users may request access to their data, request deletion of their data, or object to certain processing.

13. International Users

The Service is available globally. By using it, you agree that your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country.
